There have been recorded cases where Training Specialists are starting classes late and ending early. This is to remind you that classes start at 07:00 am. You must be there on time and need not wait for late students to begin your classes. There are eight hours of contact per day to conduct training and you are all expected to complete those eight hours with very rare exception. You are all also expected to make up for lost time. If students cause the class to start twenty minutes late then we should extend class by 20 minutes, and so on.

2. Ronaldo Jimenez – 1 Merit for outstanding training service noted by client.
3. Allan Gutierrez – 1 Merit for outstanding training service noted by client.
4. Arnold Quizon – 1 Merit for outstanding training service noted by client.
5. Dave Sarmiento – 1 Demerit for over extension of break time, 1 Demerit for failure to secure firesuits resulting in losses during Typhoon Basyang.

Your absence since July 27, 2010 is a clear abandonment of work. In view of your outright violation of Company Policies, you are hereby required to give a written explanation within 48 hours as to why disciplinary actions should not be taken against you. Should you fail to give a written explanation within a period stipulated, it shall be deemed that you have no reasonable explanation to offer and as such, the Company shall proceed to take disciplinary action deemed necessary and appropriate.

This is to inform you that Sparrows Inc. has ceased its operations effective July 18, 2010. The retirement of its business was filed and approved by the Treasurer’s Office of Manila City Hall. Certificate of Closure of Sparrows Inc. has been issued last July 29, 2010. We are currently processing the application for Tax Clearance, cancellation of TIN, and cessation of registration with BIR.
