Subject: Prices For 2013

Dear Mr. De Los Santos,

Last October, we circulated our new price list effective February 2013. In the spirit of support to you, our client and to further strengthen our business relationship, we are pushing the effective date of our new prices to April 1, 2013.

The new pricing came about in spite of the present situation due to the inescapable fact that we have been endlessly improving the quality of our courses, training facilities and equipment, accommodations, canteen facilities, food and a few other related items. To be able to do all the above, we need continuous training and upgrading of our instructors, regular acquisition of new training equipment, construction of new facilities, and of course air conditioning of the whole array of our facilities, from dormitory rooms to classrooms to canteen. This is not to mention the escalating cost of maintaining all our existing equipment, facilities and structures.

As of this writing, a catering and culinary consultancy firm is reviewing our catering concessionaire’s systems, food processing and handling, quality of food, quality of canteen services, kitchen facilities and other areas that will redound to the benefit of your personnel attending courses with us. This is further proof of our holistic approach to imbue excellence in the delivery of our services.

Much as we want to hold prices at this time, we are constrained to act and ask for your assistance and of course your understanding so we can continue to pursue excellence in the delivery of our training courses and ancillary services.

Let me again take this opportunity to thank you for your precious support during the year that just passed and I look forward to a close cooperation with you again as we start another promising year.
