Notification Letter (Strength Assessment)

Dear Mayla Chris,

This assessment is a pre-workshop requirement. Kindly complete the assessment on or before June 23, 2016. Please follow the instructions below to take the Jefferson-Smith Sparrow assessment and discover your strengths.

  1. Visit
  2. Please use your work email address when you register.
  3. Copy and paste the access code QW21234FG88GRESDDK72NX69 into the available field, and then click Continue.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to create a Jefferson-Smith Sparrow Strengths Center account.
  5. Once registered, you will be able to take the Jefferson-Smith Sparrow assessment. 

Please give yourself 65 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete it.  After you complete the assessment, please follow these instructions:

  1. On the top left corner "My Strengths" will appear. Click on it.
  2. Click on "My Strengths Page and Forum"
  3. Click on the "share" icon at the right side
  4. Cut and Paste and click on "share" below.
