Subject: Salary Loan
Effective immediately, the company is no longer giving any kind of loan to any employee. It has been observed that this facility made available for all employees has been abused by some employees. To some extent, employees tend to mismanage their finances knowing that they can always avail of a salary loan when they are in a financial fix.
Henceforth, only emergency loans will be allowed to assist employees in case of death of an immediate family member or relative or extreme health/medical situation.
