We have just finished the midyear performance review for the first half of 2015 which purpose is to ensure that employees are given feedback about their performance and that they are recognized for performing consistently above the expectation of the upline and the management.
As recognition of your consistent performance from last year's annual review and this year's midyear, management and regional HR have seen the opportunity to move your salary to a more competitive level based on market study. In effect, an increase of 20% amounting to PHP 9,229.00 will be factored in to your salary. With this increase, your new salary will be PHP 55,375.00 per month and will take effect on September 1, 2015.
The organization believes that talent is one of the most valuable assets necessary for business success and thus, will continue the journey to provide competitive compensation package.
