Notice of Annual Shareholders' Meeting

The Snappy Sparrow Prosperity Fund will be having its Annual Shareholders' Meeting on Friday, 17 July 2015, 2PM at the Rizal Ballroom of EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, 1 Gardenway, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.

The Notice of Meeting and Proxy Forms will be distributed to eligible shareholders together with the 2014 Annual Report after the record date of 27 June 2015.  Shareholders must submit their signed Proxy Forms by 15 July 2015.
